We had a great time at this hotel which stood true by being pet friendly There were no restrictions on us on account of having our dog. The staff was very courteous and kind. Small suggestions which the hotel could improve on would be to check if all landlines are working, ours wasn't so it was a bit of a hassle dealing with the front desk repeatedly. Also having some glasses and cups in every room would be helpful as they already provided a mini-fridge. Room service was prompt for us and so was billing and check in/out. Thankyou to the hotel for making our first trip with our pet so easy

We had booked 9 rooms ,out of which we wanted to cancel one but the hotel management didn't co-operate at all .neither they cancelled our room nor they refunded any amount of money of that. They allotted that room to another person also.we were bound to use 8 rooms but had to pay for 9 rooms. The management people didn't even give us the bills of our stay there. Rooms have bad smell and highly unprofessional when coming to hospitality.room service is poor.after telling them repeatedly only they used to come to clean the rooms. Food is ok.roof top terrace ambience is good as one can view the sea beach from the roof top.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Service is bad, staff is not at all responsive. They don't replace towels and water bottles everyday. On last day there was no hot water, they told will provide in 10 mins, we waited for like 45 mins, called 3times, and of no use. Food is worst. After providing the feedback also they are not apologetic. Looks like reviews provided here are paid ones. Please don't make a mistake of staying here, think twice before booking rooms in Siera.

What can I say about this hotel. I came from London with family. The hotel situated in very nice location with sea views all around. The hotel manager Mr K Eshwaar not only a brilliant person but a very helpful in every way. The hotel staff is very friendly trust worthy and helpful always provides a service with smile. We went out for a day trip and when we came back the rooms were cleaned and the beds were made. Also the food was excellent. They done everything for our two daughters. Its been pleasure.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days, from the entry to the hotel till last day, bad experience, gave us dirty room with stinking bathroom, no cleaning the rooms daily, torn sheets and fungated pillow. Breakfast area kept untidy with rubbish around. No so great breakfast.

Room is good. But no hot water & TV is there but not recharged and they are not honest in telling the truth. Corridors & kitchen & dining area are not kept clean.
